What is the Cost: The 28-Day Mobility Challenge is a Digitally Delivered Product. For $197 you will be given access to 28-Days of video instructions of mobility sequences. You will have access to these videos after the 28-day mobility challenge concludes, so you can continue your mobility journey on-going.
Cost is one of the first questions many people ask. Budgets aside, I find that people ask about price first because that seems like the right question, but what the real question is; "Can you help me solve my problem?" And what that boils down to is Why is mobility important to you?
This program is designed to help our clients get amazing results, move better and with less pain, by working through the daily videos included in the program (typically about 15-minutes each day).
What if I want to work out with you at the studio: We incorporate components of the mobility challenge in the 30-minute bootcamp sessions and more specifically in the personal training sessions. When does it start: You will have instant access to the program. Once you register and purchase the program you will receive and email with access details. To purchase go to the check out page (click here).
What will be required of me to get results: We encourage you to follow the program each day. Each video and sequence should take you about 15-minutes, there will be some longer sessions, typically once per week.
Who is the Program for: MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can participate in this program. This is especially good if you are experiencing general body aches and pains. Please note, if you are recovering from an injury and have been prescribed Physical Therapy, you should do that. This is not designed for medical treatment or physiological correction for specific injuries.
I haven't exercised in a long time, can I still participate: This program is perfect for the beginner. In fact the movement patterns you experience in this program will enable you to perform different exercises and movements better. If you are recovering from an injury and have been prescribed Physical Therapy, you should do that. This is not designed for medical treatment or physiological correction for specific injuries.
I'm going on vacation, can I break up the weeks or put this challenge on hold: While you will have access to this program after the 28-days, it is highly encouraged that you do the program for at least 28-consecutive days for best results.
